You would be a key Service business member, responsible for effectively communicating all emergency service and ongoing maintenance activities in an assigned geographical area. This level of accountability involves robust and collaborative communication with your customers, technicians, and teammates to evaluate & prioritize the workload in this fast-changing environment.
