Old Redford Academy is hiring a full time* Kindergarten Teacher*. Must have a Michigan Teacher Certification with ZG endorsement.

　　We are looking for an energetic Kindergarten teacher to educate our school's students. The kindergarten teacher's responsibilities include designing and conducting lessons that advance students' social and educational abilities.

　　*Responsibilities: *

　　Preparing and presenting lessons that facilitate students' cognitive, social, and emotional development.

　　Using games, music, artwork, films, books, computers and other tools to teach basic educational and social skills.

　　Monitoring children's interactions and nurturing cooperation and sharing.

　　Grading tests, assignments, and other assessments, and communicating with parents, students, teachers, and counselors regarding underperformance and other concerns.

　　Assessing student needs and providing support or extra resources to struggling students as well as exceptional achievers.

　　Creating a learning environment that is safe and nurturing.

　　Ensuring all curriculum, school, and state requirements are met.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in teaching or relevant field.

　　Michigan Teaching Certification with endorsement. 

　　In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.

　　Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

　　Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.

　　Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
