This position contributes to Starbucks success by providing support of a confidential and complex nature to the Store Development Division. May provide project support and/or administrative support to multiple team members at the direction of the division director. Exercises independent thinking and discretion, proactive administrative support, and carries our activities with limited direction.
As a Senior Coordinator, you will…
· Coordinate projects and phases of complex projects that support department initiatives.
· Lead administrative tasks including tracking budgets, invoices, travel and travel expenses, as well as organizing and maintaining calendars, generating reports, and other administrative supportive functions.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders and/or the team for both internal and external inquiries and proactively lead support efforts to ensure expected results are achieved.
We’d love to hear from people with:
· 6 or more months of experience in a role providing general administrative support to others.
· 3 or more years of experience in a role managing calendars and email in Microsoft Outlook.
· A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and provide great customer service.
