岗位目标：
该职位的主要职责是确保所负责辖区内，各产品的医院市场准入以及医院的正常运营；与重点关键客户包括医院管理层、药事管理、专业协会等相关部门建立良好的合作关系；组织区域层面的重点客户活动以满足目标客户的专业需求，最终达到促进公司业务在医院准入方面的影响。
岗位职责：
明确渠道决策人的关系网，与销售协作完成产品的医院准入, 做好相关准备工作并主导整个准入的进程
关注目标医院的准入产品的销量并保证在医院市场的安全运营, 了解区域目标医院产品的销量以及变化。
通过KA平台的搭建涉及有成效的KA项目活动, 以及拜访，传递关键信息给到关键客户，以寻求产品倾向性以及树立良好的公司形象
建立完整的KA数据库并协同销售团队做好信息更新
岗位要求：
本科学历及以上，医学或药学教育背景为佳
至少3年大型医药行业销售或者KA工作经验
良好的跨部门协作和沟通
良好的协商能力
