Summary of the role:
Providing services to employees of the WBD TVN Group in the field of Personnel Administration and the social security system in a manner consistent with the company's strategy and values and in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code.
Responsabilities:
Creating, updating and archiving HR documentation (personal files) and ensuring its completeness.Assistance in the ongoing service of employees in the field of HR matters and personnel administration.Taking care of the completeness and correctness of the data in the HR and payroll systems.Keeping records of working time, settlement of holiday obligations and sickness absence, including supervision of us with HRM and PUE systems.Conducting cases in the field of medical care as part of occupational medicine.Servicing employees in matters related to social insurance; entering data into the PŁATNIK system.Assistance in preparing external reporting - GUS, ZUS.Close cooperation with P&C BP and the Payroll Team.
Requirements:
experience in personnel administration (ideally in big and complex organisations)Attention to detailsgood communication skillsFluent in English
