　　The role of Pension Administrator is to work within an administration team servicing both member and client queries in relation to occupational pension schemes.

　　Clients

　　Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members' needs and to promote the WTW brand;

　　Develop knowledge of clients pension schemes;

　　In charge of the administration of a portfolio of Belgian pension plans;

　　Build a strong relationship with the clients;

　　Be a point of reference for standard automated cases.

　　Excellence

　　Communicate effectively with clients, members and external stakeholders via emails or telephone;

　　Prepare standard documents / letters related to pension schemes and conform to the legislation;

　　Monitor own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved;

　　Accurately perform manual calculations.

　　Assist the wider team in project work when required;

　　Support colleagues for holiday cover and workload peaks.

　　The requirements

　　You are an enthusiastic person who can support the team of pension administrators in the management and administration of non-statutory plans in a client-oriented manner. Beside this, you have:

　　Degree in a relevant field;

　　1-2 years experience in consulting, insurance or financial sector;

　　Good organizational skills and numerical skills;

　　Good knowledge of Microsoft tools;

　　Good interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication;

　　The main working languages are Dutch, French and English; fluency in at least two is required;

　　Able to work to a high level of accuracy;

　　Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
