　　[Position summary]

　　The Formulation team specialist of Operations contributes to producing reliable products and supplies with effective operations in an empowered organization. The specialist is responsible for collaborating with their team to operate automated equipment and systems to perform a wide variety of complex tasks related to preparation, cleaning, sterilization and formulation manufacturing operations. Accountable for adhering to all quality and safety guidelines. Lead GMP improvement activities based on the latest GMP guidelines.

　　[The role and responsibilities]

　　Execute and monitor manufacturing processes in three (3) shifts in accordance with production manufacturing records, operating procedure requirements to produce final bulk products while meeting production targets.

　　Establish priorities based on production schedule.

　　Communicate openly and clearly with line personnel and supervision to accomplish manufacturing goals.

　　Notify Supervisor/Team lead of all safety and quality issues.

　　Analyze the GMP guidelines and lead GMP improvement activities.

　　Understand the expectations of audit readiness (MFDS, FDA, ISO, etc.); may be required to answer questions about processes on the spot.

　　Study the need for improvements of existing processes, systems and equipment, and in cooperation with related departments, undertake optimization to increase efficiency and quality and to reduce costs.

　　Participate in validation of production equipment.

　　Participate in projects focused on process development and/or improvement, cost controls and new product manufacturing.

　　Requirements :

　　Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical/electrical engineering, bio-related major or equivalent.

　　Ability to well communicate as a team player.

　　Ability to well communicate and technical writing in English.

　　Ability to work with cross-functional team

　　Must be willing to work 3 shifts according to production schedule.

　　Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills

　　For men, those who have completed military service or are exempt from military service.
