JOB SUMMARY The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, with a focus on Salesforce data analysis and reporting functionalities. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders, functional leaders, and the technical team to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Salesforce Data Analysis:
Analyze and interpret complex data sets within Salesforce to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and implement strategies for data cleansing, enrichment, and maintenance.
Reporting and Dashboard Development:
Design and create Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Work closely with end-users to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into effective visualizations.
Ensure the timely delivery of accurate and relevant reports to support business operations.
Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their processes, challenges, and goals.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Certifications
Salesforce certification (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder) is highly desirable.

Minimum of four (4) years' experience utilizing Salesforce
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Special Schedule
Normal schedule is standard business hours Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm years; At times, must be willing to work in excess of 40 hours per week as driven by operational needs.

Occasional travel may be required as needed to support the objectives of business units within portfolio.

Experience in managing functional leadership and facilitating workshops.
