ANR Group Inc is accepting resumes for an I&C Engineer Located in Ogden, UT.
Initially anticipated to be a one-year assignment with the potential for extension. The hourly rate range for this position is $22-$48 per hour (plus full benefits) with overtime paid at time and ½ for hours worked over 40 in one week.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK -- SPECIFIC

This role will support design development of systems and equipment for the GBSD program project by preparing studies, drawings, calculations, specifications, and evaluations, in accordance with applicable procedures, codes, standards, and contract requirements.?Work with other technical disciplines in a team environment.
Develop design drawings.Review of and input to P&IDsPreparation of logic diagrams, functional block diagrams, instrument data sheets, etc.Prepare instrument index and I/O list using automated tools, vendor inputs and Bechtel inputs as applicable.Develop equipment and material specifications.Develop procurement documentation.Design Building Information Modeling and coordination with other disciplines.Review vendor submittals and integrate information into the design solution.Execute to schedule requirements while maintaining a high degree of quality in work product.Coordinate closely with other technical disciplines in planning and executing work as an integrated team.Coordinate implementation of security requirements with customer and government representatives, to meet industry and project standards.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BS degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution with 1 year of relevant experience; or in lieu of degree, 7 years of relevant experience.US citizenship is required per contract requirement.Possess active security clearance or ability to obtain security clearance.* *
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to, drawings, calculations, and specifications for systems and equipment on nuclear or industrial process facilities, data centers, central utility plants, or complex building systems.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to utilize engineering and office automation tools effectively.
Extensive knowledge and application Codes and Standards.
Broad knowledge of the application of Control Systems engineering design principles.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, data sheets and selection of instruments based on system application requirements.
Engineer in Training Certificate.
Registered Professional Engineer in USA.
Knowledge of Corporate Guides and Standards.
Experience working with procedures meeting quality assurance programs such as ISO-9000.
Experience working with cyber security.
Experience working with design of secure facilities including SCIF, TEMPEST, and ICD-705 spaces.
Prior experience working with government agencies, preferably the Department of Defense.
Experience executing engineering design with Revit.
Understanding of Mechanical and Process Engineering discipline drawings and system calculations, as related to Control System design requirements.
Design experience including software development and cyber security as applied to control systems.
