Summary:

　　Complete janitorial duties at assigned location.

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Complete janitorial duties outlined on cleaning checklist for specified site.

　　Be able to work independently

　　Maintain a clean work area

　　Notify supervisor of any work issues; if supplies/parts run low, if there is a problem with the equipment not operating correctly or customer concerns

　　Must follow all safety guidelines

　　Must meet quality standards

　　Must adhere to work location guidelines/rules

　　Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

　　Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

　　Ability to work independently and motivate others.

　　Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

　　Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. dead weight.

　　Maintain all required certifications/training by State regulations and CDS Monarch/Unistel Industries policy.

　　Education and Experience:

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Must be at least 18 years of age

　　Reliable transportation

　　All experience and education requirements, except when required by federal, state, or local laws or requirements, may be waived at the discretion of management with the approval of the Chief Executive Officer, in collaboration with Human Resources.

　　Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

　　Ability to reach above shoulder level.

　　Ability to turn/twist upper body.

　　Able to use hand repetitive action for fine manipulating, keyboarding and typing.
