　　We are currently seeking a skilled Workers Comp Paralegal with a strong background in Florida Workers' Compensation law. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in handling Workers' Comp cases, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the legal processes and requirements associated with workplace injuries and compensation claims. Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Workers Comp Paralegal, with a focus on Florida Workers' Compensation law.

　　bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement.

　　strong knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, and court rules related to Workers' Compensation cases.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

　　Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

　　Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
