　　Our client is looking for a Sr. Director of Enterprise IT Operations. This person will have 3 direct reports (Director of Cyber Security, Director of Networking, and Director of Systems Engineering).

　　90%/10% breakdown: 90% of the work will be functional: budgeting, resource management, vendor management, team building, roadmapping. 10% will be technical. This person will not have hands on the keyboard but do need to have technical knowledge.

　　UPCOMING PROJECTS:

　　Vital signs from the cells where they can tell heartbeat signals of someone inside a cell

　　AI cameras

　　Upgrades to tablets within the locations that are doing a lot of tracking (no longer on paper)

　　Installing Flexera - hardware/software lifecycle cloud app to help with software and cloud management lifecycles for them

　　Just purchased the entire Microsoft suite

　　Moving from Citrix to Microsoft AD

　　Moving from Splunk to Microsoft Sentinal

　　Just launched Microsoft co-pilot
