　　We need reliable, dependable, and detail-orientated workers. Workers will perform various cleaning duties and maintenance tasks for our customers. Individuals must be physically capable of bending, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing/pulling, lifting, etc.

　　Requirements:

　　At least 18 years of age with a Valid Driver's licenseExcellent attendance & reliable transportationPass a background and reference checkAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong communication skillsPositive and enthusiastic attitudeAbility to lift 40 lbsAbility to stand for long periods.Primary Responsibilities:
