This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

　　We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time IVF Nurse/Clinical Supervisor to work in our Westshore, FL office. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

　　How You'll Contribute:

　　We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for:

　　Helps to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs’ skills and abilities

　　Develops and coordinates the following clinical staffing schedules to ensure appropriate staffing: weekends, holidays, and the after-hours RN On Call service

　　Functions as Coordinator for RN On Call group of nurses

　　Helps to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goals

　　Assists department and office supervisors with processing patient or program incidents and helps to prepare necessary documentation as need

　　Writes and administers performance appraisal evaluations for staff under the supervision of the Director

　　Under the direction of the Director, conducts individual supervision/counseling sessions

　　Assists primary nurses with patient care and/or callbacks as needed

　　Handles patient issues/complaints in a timely, calm, and professional manner

　　What You'll Bring:

　　The skills and education we need are:

　　Valid NY NP License; RN (2 year degree program) and BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required. Master degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or business management preferred

　　Minimum 3 years prior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities and activities required

　　Minimum 5 years experience in women’s health care with 3 years IVF experience required

　　Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team

　　Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required including Work and Excel

　　Ability to travel to all SGF locations
