ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven department, seeking a Change/Knowledge Management Process Area Manager to implement best-practice processes for a variety of Federal clients, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client’s business.
Responsibilities include:
Perform the Process Manager role for the change management and knowledge management process areas.
Liaise with Process Owner and provide subject matter expertise to the client within the IT Service Management (ITSM)/ITIL task area.
Coordinate key interfaces between the Change and Knowledge management process and other processes, in particular configuration management and software asset management.
Contribute to the development and execution of a roadmap to improve management processes.
Develop and implement program activities, such as Management Plans, which are aligned with ITIL best practices.
Process change and knowledge related requests (new requests, changes, upgrades, article renewal/retirement etc.)
Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications for updated processes in both process areas.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Consult and coach teams on all aspects of change and knowledge management
Report monthly on KPI’s to Senior Management
Encourage a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative work flow among departments and project teams
Ensure that employees are sure of the change and knowledge management processes, including the purpose
Effectively manage all Knowledge Bases
Required Skills and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of IT modernization experience
2+ years of experience with Change management
3+ years of experience with Knowledge Management
3+ years of ServiceNow experience
2+ years of experience implementing ITIL processes across a variety of platforms and cloud environments.
US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to federal contract requirements
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

ServiceNow Certifications
ITIL Foundation certification.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
