Wapiti is currently seeking an IT Support Technician who will work primarily at our Huron, SD office. This is a full-time non-exempt position Monday-Friday.

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with internal and external user technology platforms, network, systems, software, hardware, and peripheral IT tools to ensure effective and efficient productivity.Assist with set up of new hire equipment/software for new users.Utilize IT policies and practices for standardization across the company.Troubleshoot and provide technical user support by phone, remote access, in-office, and /or in-person as needed in the most efficient utilization of time and resources.Train new hires on IT at the company including social engineering, passcodes, access to systems, usages of IT support partners, and overall best practices.Report to head of IT any issues to IT functionality or general risk.Assist with other creation of reports, maintenance of systems, and implementation of new software.QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in an IT/Tech Supportive roleProficient with Microsoft Office softwareProficient in Windows Operating SystemsWage is based on experience. This position is open until filled.
