Description

　　Create, review, and triage support tickets promptly.

　　Provide end-user desktop support through remote tools or in-person visits.

　　Install and configure new Windows 10 computers, monitors, and printers.

　　Assist in system administration tasks, including server upgrades, updates, and patches.

　　Knowledge or ability to learn about Cisco switches, internet connectivity, and Cisco IP phones.

　　Generate clear, concise process and system diagrams, along with supporting documentation.

　　Collaborate on various projects and tasks as required.

　　Maintain strong communication skills, prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.

　　Track and generate reports on outstanding issues monthly.

　　Coordinate with vendors for software and firmware upgrades.

　　Communicate professionally with users, vendors, and IT.

　　Attend meetings as required, providing regular and accurate status information.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum 3 years of technical experience in hardware/software support.

　　Experience in end-user support with Windows 10, printers, and monitors.

　　Preferred knowledge of Windows Server, domain administration, network troubleshooting, and more.

　　Microsoft training and related certifications are a plus.

　　Ability to assess customer needs and deliver solutions.

　　Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.

　　Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

　　Willingness to work flexible/extended hours when required or participate in an on-call schedule.

　　Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote team members.
