The IT Intern will work closely with IT OSS Regional Managers, the IT Solution managers and Hexion associates, to support and promote IT policies and standards.Job ResponsibilitiesGuide and support end users with incidents/requests, build relationships with the end user communityProvision equipment to end users: Computers and other IT equipmentSupport local hardware IT hardware like workstations, printers, and other small IT equipment. This consists of image/reimage, break fix/hardware refresh and shipping of IT equipment when necessary.
