The Company provides"best in class" groundwater and surface water level and water qualitymonitoring equipment along with data transmission and cloud-based managementsoftware resulting in an exceptional customer experience.Not only does In-Situ provide an attractive offering to our customers, butthe company also places a high value on engagement in our community,environmental projects, employee wellness and creating an open and fun workenvironment.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversees and monitors daily machine shop operationsProgram, setup, and operate a variety of machine tools to produceprecision parts and instruments for a prototype environmentProvide integrity and quality control by consistently delivering superiorfabrication and manufacturing of parts and componentsFabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or productionfixture, applying knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal and plasticproperties, layout, and machining proceduresProgram CNC equipmentRequirements:At least 2 years of related experiencePerforms tasks in a safe and responsible mannerReads and interprets printed and electronic mechanical drawingsOrders tooling and material, and is responsible for managing shop timelinesand resourcesUses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirementsProficient using precision tools, machinery and equipment such as CNCmill, CNC lathe, manual lathe, manual vertical milling machine, drillpress, chop saw, band saw, sheet metal brake, and other typicalmachine shop eqFabricates and shapes parts such as tools and machine parts out of metal andplasticsProperly and safely selects, aligns, secures and removes holdingfixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machinesRecognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and toolingPerforms daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machineryand equipmentComplies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations andinstructionsAbility to perform basic mathematical computations.
