　　We are looking for candidates at all levels who can bring aconsultative, commercial, agile and high-quality approach to their workas subject matter experts. Also, candidates who would enjoy working witha variety of client organizations and who want to develop theirprofessional skills across a broader range of competencies such asleadership, business management, relationship management, projectmanagement and consulting.

　　In terms of qualifications we are looking for experienced corporateparalegals with BA/BS in related subject matter, law school graduateswith in-house experience or serious interest in corporate governance. Toadd to our existing team, we are recruiting experienced hires at SeniorManager, Manager, Senior Analyst and Analyst levels.

　　All interested candidates must have the drive and enthusiasm to pursue acareer within professional services and to develop a wide range ofknowledge, skills and experience.
