Management duties include: preparing and managing thedepartment budget; soliciting input from and reporting to companyownership; planning for the department future including the direction oftechnology usage and cyber-security compliance; and managing theworkload, training, and supervision of the department members. Technicalduties include: network and system administration and troubleshooting;PC technical support (hardware and software installations, workstationset-up, network hook-up, PC and peripheral repairs, troubleshooting);and providing internal user assistance.
