　　Objectives of the Position

　　We are looking for a IT Delivery Lead to implement, support, and lead enterprise-grade IT solutions for BASF Agricultural. The role involves both technical and leadership skills to drive efficient product delivery.

　　High-level objectives are as follows:

　　Ensure successful “product” delivery.

　　Lead and motivate teams/squads.

　　Manage stakeholders effectively.

　　Identify and mitigate risks.

　　Improve IT delivery processes.

　　Stay updated with IT technology.

　　Facilitate clear communication.

　　Ensure quality and security standards.

　　Align products with the AP organizations strategy

　　Main Tasks

　　Must exhibit expert knowledge of agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban

　　Professional Scrum Master and advanced certification and at least 5 years of agile experience

　　Prefer proficient in the use of Agile delivery tools such as TFS, Jira and Azure DevOps

　　Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills at the team and management levels

　　Ability to teach and train on Agile, Scrum, Kanban at a level accessible to beginners with the ability to deep dive for advanced topics.

　　A change agent: progressively challenging the team and organization to continuously improve.

　　Excellent understanding of product and sprint backlog tracking, burn down metrics, and velocity.

　　Strong negotiation, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills.

　　Strong knowledge, skills, and ability working in a collaborative team environment.

　　High maturity of diplomacy and ability to see and rationalize multiple points of view.

　　Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a diverse leadership team.

　　Servant leader who Supports the development team, the product owner, and the organization

　　Education

　　Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or business-technology related discipline.Working Experience

　　3-5 years leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master required.

　　5 years working on an agile team required.
