Kelly Science is seeking an R&D Chemist to join one of our partners for an exciting Direct-Hire (Permanent) role in the Twin Cities area.

　　JOB DETAILS

　　Job Type: Full time, on-site, direct-hire (perm)

　　Location: St. Paul, MN

　　Schedule: first shift, hours are somewhat flexible (Some people are 7am-330pm and some are 9am-530pm)

　　Pay Rate:

　　Chemist I (1-3 years experience): $29-31 per hour ($60-$65k/year)

　　Chemist II (4-6 years experience): $32-35/hour ($67k-$73k/year)

　　DUTIES:

　　• Support revenue growth, enhance lab capabilities, and ensure compliance for designated products through analytical assistance.

　　• Execute feasibility work, analysis, validation, and development within timelines, adhering to QbD standards and regulatory requirements.

　　• Provide analytical support for KPIs, scale-up activities, and dosage form development.

　　• Develop and review technical documents, conduct bench work (HPLC, GC, dissolution), and ensure regulatory compliance.

　　EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

　　• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years in cGMP or cGLP lab environment.

　　• Familiarity with HPLC, chromatographic software (Empower 3), and strong analytical and communication skills.

　　• Scientific and technical abilities, critical thinking, and knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, USP, and regulatory requirements.

　　• Highly motivated and self-driven with the ability to meet aggressive timelines.

　　SKILLS

　　• 2-3 years in FDA drug/pharmaceutical industry.

　　• Expertise in analytical method development, dosage forms, and drug delivery systems.

　　• Proficient in statistical data analysis and QbD principles.

　　• Knowledge of polymer science and formulation optimization.
