　　Social Worker MSW at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital and Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA

　　This position will float between Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital and Providence Holy Family Hospital.

　　The Social Worker MSW Provides social work/case management services to patient, physicians, staff, and service lines with a primary focus of case coordination, problem-solving, and discharge planning as needed. Contributes to quality/performance improvement efforts within the team, service line, Case Management Services, SHMC and related psychiatric systems using PI skills and outcome measurement methods. Uses social work knowledge and community resource knowledge and relationships to optimize discharge planning processes.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Master's Degree in Social WorkPreferred Qualifications:

　　Washington Advanced Social Worker License or Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License

　　Two (2) years of hospital experience

　　Previous experience in case management and/or psychiatric services

　　Experience in using computer technology including Microsoft Office products – Excel, Access, PowerPoint
