　　Role Responsibilities:

　　Collecting market data about competition performance in retail channel.

　　Monitor & report competitors’ movements in the market (market inelegance).

　　Discuss sales contracts to reach agreement with customers.

　　Accounts management for retail business.

　　Generating inquiries through market visits to retailers.

　　Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest products, prices, catalogues and commercial information from Carrier wherever applicable.

　　Forecasts sales and booking for the month.

　　Follows up the quotation status with the customers.

　　Prepare monthly demand FCST for retail channel.

　　Participates in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review, Bookings, and collection.

　　Follow up the delivery process with logistics

　　Ensure proper invoicing is being issued accurately and on time for efficient collection.

　　Follow up the payment & collection terms in coordination with finance department.

　　Role Purpose:

　　The main role of Expert SR. Sales Specialist . is to ensure meeting financial targets for retain Channel within the framework of Carrier Way, code of Ethics, EH&S & Quality Management System.Minimum Requirements:

　　Bachelor Degree in Business or Management Science.

　　5-10 years of relevant experience in the retail business (Modern Channel) .

　　Thorough knowledge of the market and A/C products

　　Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

　　Team player, excellent negotiations and Computer skills

　　Competencies:
