We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our Global Internal Audit team, where you will be responsible for developing analyticalsolutions that elevate the effectiveness and efficiency of P&G’s risk assurance. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with GlobalInternal Audit colleagues from around the world. This role also has the potential to broaden your stewardship skills through participation onaudits as an embedded data analyst / auditor or to build organizational capability via design and deployment of trainings that elevate yourpeers’ digital capabilities.
Responsibilities:• Partner with one of our Audit SME “Centers of Expertise” (COEs) to drive audit innovation through data analytics.• Evaluate financial, compliance, and operational risk.• Enable and handle data acquisition, transformation, and analysis with sophisticated analytical techniques that support orimprove audit analysis and decision-making.• Build and use Data Visualization tools to identify and communicate risk insights.• Enable automation to simplify the audit process.

Job Qualifications
• Strong track record of analytical thinking, envisioning change, agility, and communication.• Previous experience with data modeling and data wrangling.• Coding experience in SQL (MySQL preferred).• Basic experience or knowledge on Data Science and Data Engineering.• Experience with any visualization software, (Tableau or Power BI preferred).• Willingness to learn new platforms, solutions, and programming languages, including process mining, SAP HANA, andRobotic Process Automation.English and Polish proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer / Systems / IndustrialEngineering, Business / Management Information Systems or Software Development.Nice to have:• Programming experience in Python or R.• Knowledge of ADL, ADB, ADF, AAS.• Machine Learning experience.• Robotic Process Automation experience.• Experience with KNIME or Alteryx.• Experience with SAP HANA.• Experience with SAS environment.
