About IT Business Analyst V

　　Locations: Kennesaw, GA/Richmond, VA/Chicago, IL TITLE: Incentive Comp Data Quality Tool Sr Data Analyst MUST HAVE: Oracle SQL / PLSQL & Informatica

　　Experience working as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst in a data warehouse/data governance platform

　　Senior Data Analyst on a large Incentive Compensation project, building out our new Data Quality framework within the Collibra application.

　　Experience working as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst in a data warehouse/data governance platform

　　Strong analytical and problem solving skills

　　Critical thinking

　　Ability to understand and examine complex datasets

　　Ability to interpret data quality results and metrics

　　Knowledge of data quality standards and processes. Basic understanding of what data quality means and various ways one can measure quality of data.

　　Experience writing custom SQL and other related database queries and analyses to support DQ Rules and findings

　　HR technology experience

　　Prior exposure to a Data Quality (i.e. OWL DQ/Collibra, Informatica, SAP DQ, others) in a development role
