　　The Department of Technology, Management and Budget supports the business operations of the state agencies through a variety of services including Information Technology project delivery, maintenance and support. This position is with the Agency Services area of DTMB.

　　This position functions as an application developer and performs a complete range of information system analyst assignments including, but not limited to, designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications for Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). This position provides production support, develops, and maintains applications across multiple platforms. Utilizing web development technologies such as JAVA for the Bridges application. Also responsible for the development and maintenance of portions of other related processes in the Eligibility area that support MDHHS. This may include reports and correspondence associated with those processes. Will include the development of documentation in all areas under their responsibility, navigation, data storage, data retrieval, data validation, data manipulation, printing, and other processes.

　　SIGNING BONUS :

　　This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $2,500. Up to $1,250 to be paid upon new hire and the remainder to be paid after satisfactory completion of the initial probationary period (12-month period). This does not apply to current state employees.
