Production Engineer

　　As a Production Engineer, you will drive continuous improvement within the production team on daily operations by focusing on the operate plant normal works processes by continuously evaluation of process, identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and implement corrective actions and supports the DICI journey by participating in ITFs and other events that supports the production teams to reach their goals. This role will manage projects to improve site performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The Production Engineer will also review day-to-day production performance, support/lead troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis and monitor operating windows.

　　Analyze production performance, trends, and other available data to look for further improvements.

　　Monitor and control plant processes to ensure normal operations and adherence to established procedures.

　　Optimize and fine-tune operational parameters to maximize efficiency and output.

　　Manage improvement projects and applying lean six sigma methodologies.

　　Coach white/yellow belts through their improvement projects

　　Responsible to apply measure sheets for improvements that generate value and support production teams to define/write-up measure sheets.

　　You bring:

　　BS degree plus 3-5 years’ experience in plant operations and manufacturing process, preferably in the food industry

　　A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience at a manufacturing site which includes proven expertise in the troubleshooting production issues in SHE, Quality, Delivery and Cost

　　Thorough knowledge of the processes involved in producing our products.

　　Thorough understanding of all SHE, quality and Manufex requirements at the site with a proven record of support for them and the coaching of peers.

　　Understanding of fermentation technology

　　Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
