We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Inventory Control Specialist focused on semiconductor fab-related materials. In this position, you will be responsible for various tasks related to inventory control, receiving, and storing materials critical to semiconductor fabrication processes. Your duties will encompass report generation, reconciliation, verification of goods received against purchase orders (POs), and meticulous record-keeping. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control:
Oversee tasks related to maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records for semiconductor fab-related materials.
Implement efficient inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
Receiving:
Verify goods received against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in received goods.
Material Storage:
Organize and store semiconductor fab materials in designated locations, ensuring accessibility and proper handling.
Conduct routine checks to assess the condition and quantity of stored materials.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain detailed records of all received goods, including relevant information such as quantity, specifications, and date of receipt.
Generate reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory control and materials management, preferably in a semiconductor fabrication environment.
Familiarity with semiconductor fab-related materials and their handling requirements.
strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting.
Ability to verify goods received against purchase orders and address any discrepancies.
Proficiency in generating reports related to inventory and materials reconciliation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of best practices in inventory control and material storage.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 45lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
