The Design Engineer (Entry-Level) is responsible for the design and development of rigid plastic containers and related blow molds, injection molds and tooling. 　　You Will:

　　Design and draw preliminary sketches and detailed drawings; using CAD software.Analyze product or equipment specifications, performance requirements, and reports to determine design feasibility.Research and evaluate customer design proposals, specifications, and other data.Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical information concerning manufacturing techniques, equipment, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations.Recommend design modifications to increase performance and eliminate machine or system malfunctions.Analyze test data and reports to determine if designs meet functional and performance requirements.Coordinate with Project Engineers and Technicians to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, provide technical information, and prepare design modifications as required.Provide feedback to Project Engineers on customer problems and needs.Write performance requirements for product development or engineering projects.Design test control apparatus and equipment and develop procedures for testing products.You Have:

　　Bachelors degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology1+ year of engineering experience; or equivalent internship/co-op experienceKnowledge of CAD/CAE softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to operate as an effective subject matter expert and resource for peers, management, customers, and vendors.
