　　Designing and managing the overall Workplace Strategy to improve crew experience

　　Managing Occupancy Strategy and Planning within the real estate portfolio; achieving efficient and effective use of space demand

　　Customer relationship management; working with business leaders to understand requirements

　　Developing global design standards (office, site master planning, office branding alignment)

　　Support Strategic Functions - Net Favorable Score campaign, new real estate entry/exit, quarterly planning meetings, long range planning, divisional summaries

　　Build Relationship Capital - Strategic / trusted advisor relationships for MD-1's and business leads

　　Knowledge Transfer - Intake & communicate business strategies, establish feedback loops between clients and GWx

　　Proactive Outcomes - Strategic business partners and value creators, GWx client campaigns – service, offerings, & results, business cases/justifications – capital investment due diligence, increase crew engagement and alignment

　　Implementation of change management program for new real estate assets
