JOB REQUIREMENTS: SCOPE OF ROLE The Oracle EBS (R12) IT WMS functionalManager is responsible for all aspects of our Oracle EBS(R12) WMSapplication, including fully understanding the capabilities of OracleEBS R12 WMS functionalities and Limitations. As part of the OracleCenter of Excellence, this position will play a key role in all Oracleimplementations across Regal Rexnord supporting all our distributioncenter\'s ,Satellite warehouses and manufacturing plants .This role willalso play a very critical role in supporting synergies around businesslogistics and will deliver process improvements to the business. Thisposition will work closely with business logistics leaders as well asother IT Functional leaders to ensure strong alignment between thebusiness requirements/needs and the application solutions/services.Knowledge of any Transportation Management system is a plus.Thisposition will report to IT Director will do a dotted line reporting toDirector ,Business Logistics and Preferred location is Grafton,Wisconsin and Open for 100% Remote with an occasional (30% ) businesstravels during project milestones etc This is an exciting role forsomeone with comprehensive Oracle WMS Functional implementationexperience ,with an eye to detail and have a passion to continuouslyimprove knowledge around Logistics business area and lead and supportOracle WMS and other Bolt on applications (Mercury gate TMS, LoftwareLabelling etc) If you\'re an experienced Oracle ERP professional withstrong leadership skills and a passion for optimizing business processesin the Logistics and distribution areas with multiple implementation inoracle WMS functional areas, You are encouraged to apply .
