　　The Princess Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid (remote) summer internship opportunity designed to provide exposure and insight to professional careers in the amazing leisure travel, cruise industry. The selected interns will work on departmental projects as well as participate in professional development and enrichment activities.

　　2024 Program Dates (two options)

　　Program runs 10 weeks from June 10th - August 16th or June 17th - August 23rd.Eligibility

　　Eligible candidates are enrolled in a four-year accredited undergraduate program (where they are at least a rising junior) or in a graduate program and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

　　MUST NOT be a graduating senior in the summer 2024.

　　Compensation

　　Undergraduate Student - $25.00/hr, Graduate Student - $35.00/hrIntern Opportunity – Hotel Operations Department

　　The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with Hotel Operations leaders and will actively participate and support in the daily activities pertaining to Guest Services, Housekeeping, Groups & Weddings.

　　Attend meetings with subject matter experts and debrief sessions with the team

　　Provide operational support to the shoreside Guest Operations leadership by supporting the groups execution, weddings and wedding programs across the fleet.

　　Prepare and format any presentation and meeting agenda

　　Develop policies, procedures and standards related to Guest Services, Housekeeping, Groups & Weddings

　　Provide operational management with the selection and training process for shipboard Guest Services and Housekeeping professionals

　　Analyze the team’s performance and conduct root cause analysis

　　Research new industry service and product trends and make relevant recommendations

　　Requirements

　　Proficiency using MS office Suite including Outlook & MS Teams

　　Ability to work independently, remotely and self-manage

　　Well organized and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.

　　The types of duties the students will perform will vary and may require some technical tasks, projects and/or work that may require specific proficiencies, technical abilities and/or computer skills.
