  De HR-teams binnen Unilever werken dagelijks aan een organisatie waarin iedere medewerker de beste versie van zichzelf kan zijn, in een functie die hen past en met de juiste skills. Tegelijkertijd denken we veel na over hoe de toekomst van werk eruit ziet. Het team Arbeidsverhoudingen speelt daarbij een centrale rol.

  Arbeidsverhoudingen is misschien wel de meest abstracte discipline van HR. Toch zie je de efforts van dit team vrijwel overal terug.

  De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:Borgen dat wat de verschillende HR-teams doen juridisch correct is;Bijhouden en implementeren van wijzigingen in het arbeidsrecht;Ontwikkelen van gezondheidsprogramma's met lokale HR-teams;Onderhandelen over de CAO en deze naar de dagelijkse praktijk vertalen;Adviseren van de andere HR-collega's. Hoe bijvoorbeeld te handelen bij een arbeidsconflict, of wat komt er (wettelijk) kijken bij het begeleiden van langdurig verzuim? Wat we bieden:

  Een stagevergoeding van €625,- per maand, op basis van 40uur; Reiskostenvergoeding, indien je niet in het bezit bent van een studentenreisproduct;Een kijkje achter de schermen bij een van de grootste bedrijven van Nederland;Een uitdagende stage met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Wat we vragen: Je bent beschikbaar vanaf Februari/Maart 2024 voor 5 a 6 maanden, minimaal 32 uur per week;Je volgt een (3e of 4e jaar) HBO of WO opleiding in de richting HRM (minor Arbeidsrecht) of Rechten (specialisatie Arbeidsrecht);Je hebt een vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
