　　What you'll achieve

　　As an Intern Undergraduate, you will delivering, designing, authoring or editing advanced level e-learning, web-based, blended and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences.

　　You will:

　　• Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.

　　• Deliver and design innovative methodologies to keep learners engaged in platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Adobe Connect

　　• Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions

　　• Partners with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs

　　Essential Requirements

　　• Bachelor's Degree inGeneral Business, Engineering, Data Analytics and Data Science. Internship from Mar/Apr 2024 onwards (4 - 6 months)

　　• Productivity and excellent communications skills

　　• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

　　• Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information

　　Desirable Requirements

　　• Extend capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization

　　• Regularly interact with colleagues generally up to senior level management
