JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description JOB OBJECTIVE: Perform a variety ofsales support activities to enhance the effectiveness of theInternational Channel Management team. Leverage language and culturalskills to enhance communications with Latin America regional partners.CORE DUTIES: 1. Provide Spanish language support for interactions withLatin America staff and distributors. a. Providetranslation/interpretation support for daily communications with LatinAmerican distributors. b. Create/translate Spanish version customercommunications. c. Work with Latin America managers and Spain branch toedit and update library of Spanish language support tools fordistributors. 2. Prepare, edit and post weekly web bulletin. 3. EditDistributor Portal; organize information to improve and facilitatedistributor access and propose ideas to drive distributor usage. Updateinformation and tools as needed. 4. Update International ChannelManagement SharePoint (internal) site. a. Organize and track informationpertaining to distributor network. b. Populate site with relevantinformation. 5. Assist with implementation and tracking of DistributorReport card assessment tool and associated metrics. 6. Support increasedusage of CRM tool by team members; understand current usage,limitations; collaborate with team members to update contacts andleverage direct marketing where appropriate. 7. Perform compliance auditof distributor and agent agreement requirements. Draft follow-upcommunication to distributors / agents to ensure awareness and adherenceto distributor agreement requirements. 8. Develop survey to assessdistributor awareness and usage of current support programs and tools.Analyze survey responses to make recommendations to increaseusage/change support programs. 9.
