　　Janssen Pharmaceutica is part of Johnson & Johnson and is responsible for bringing innovative medicines towards patients throughout the world.

　　Within the Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) department we are looking for a Process Engineer R&D at the Beerse site.

　　The mission of E&PS is to handle the infrastructure lifecycle in a reliable, balanced and efficient way, build an attractive workplace experience and share knowledge and expertise in the global Facilities organization.

　　Key Responsibilities :

　　Participates in projects within the R&D environment in order to contribute to the safety, quality, sustainability, reliability and energy efficiency of the installations, infrastructure and systems and at the same time ensure the aspect of maintainability.

　　Coordinates ad-hoc multidisciplinary teams to optimize new and/or existing systems and processes from a safety, quality, energetic, economic and prevention & environmental point of view.

　　Ensures an attractive "workplace experience" for the researchers/lab technicians and a technical environment that meets high requirements and strict standards during the complete life cycle of the systems involved.

　　Initiates new projects in consultation with the Business Portfolio Owner (BPO) R&D

　　Acts as a deputy for the system owner and guarantees system ownership of all technical installations within the R&D buildings.

　　Takes on a mentor role within their area of ​responsibility towards junior peers. Also acts as a point of contact within the operational group for external parties such as engineering firms and contractors.

　　Qualifications

　　Education:

　　University/Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.

　　Experience and Skills:

　　Required:

　　Experience in an industrial environment in an operational function (production, maintenance, process engineering, engineering ...).

　　Strong skills in communication and have a result driven personality.

　　You are comfortable working in a pressurised environment on a project basis as well as independently in the context of ambitious timelines.

　　Preferred:

　　Knowledge of CMMS system (SAP) is highly desirable.Other:

　　We expect you to have good written and oral communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
