Systems Application Analyst Senior -- Assistant Vice President The consultant will be responsible for providing project, business and production support for the Enterprise Payments Group and Treasury Management applications. Project support includes roles such as project lead, subject matter expert, requirements definition, user acceptance testing, and implementation oversight. As needed, this position will be required to work weekends and evenings. This position works at the Comerica Livonia Operation Center. Position Responsibilities: * Act in a lead and/or supporting role on projects of various sizes executed utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies. * Represent client voice for user friendly and intuitive application design and requirements. * Establish yourself as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and products. * Create test plans, test scripts, coordinate and execute user acceptance testing. * Create procedures and train support groups on new products and enhancements. * Act as a liaison between client group, technology group and production application support. * Provide production and business support and problem resolution for the supported applications. * Perform disaster recovery testing. * Effectively works in a team environment and independently. * Proficient in use of Microsoft Office/Access/SharePoint.
