  Intern, Human Resources

  The Intern Human Resources will work on projects that will provide practical learning in HR specifically focused in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations and Records Retention.

  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

  Primary responsibility will be to lead the efforts in our Personnel Records Project specifically focused on medial files. Project will include review and finalization of records retention schedule, review of files, scanning and uploading into record retention platform.

  Work with leader to Communicate progress with Project Manager & People Leader and meet assigned deadlines.

  Participate in automation and process improvement initiativesAnalyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions for HR related business issues.

  Partner with HR Manager to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective.

  Perform other duties as assigned.

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  Education & Experience: Current student in the field of Human Resources working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Recent Human Resources graduates will also be considered.

  Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Detail oriented, with the ability to maintain data accuracy. Results driven, and able to meet deadlines. Previous ERP system experience is preferred. Effectively communicate with multiple individuals, across different departments. Maintain data security, confidentiality, and integrity.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
