Job Description The Low Voltage Motor Control Center(LVMCC) Application Engineering Department has high commitment tocontinuous learning with a detailed training and on-boarding program ina fast-paced environment. LVMCC Application Engineering Intern isresponsible for assisting in custom motor control center (MCC) solutionsfor customer in a wide range of industries. Interns in this role will beresponsible for managing their own projects at once with varyingmilestones. They will be collaborating with Sales, CommercialEngineering, Development Engineering, Manufacturing, and Tech Support tolisten to our customers, understand their application, and combine ourtechnical and domain knowledge to solve problems and simplify ourcustomer\'s experience. This includes executing sales orders andcompleting the electrical and mechanical design, as well as theproviding the bill of material (BOM) for manufacturing. PrincipalDuties: Assist on any productivity or tools enhancement projects Reviewand understand customer specifications and drawings. Interface with thecustomer on technical, schedule, and commercial aspects of the order.Resolve and document exceptions and questions. Develop a knowledge ofRockwell products and be able to speak to the benefits of them incertain applications. Create and/or modify electrical schematics. Createand/or modify mechanical models of electrical component assembly.Provide final factory build documents including Bill of Material (BOM).Collaborate with manufacturing to provide build instructions and toresolve technical issues.
