　　Introduction

The National Security & Space Sector of SAIC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.

　　SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation’s information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.

　　Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).

　　Job Description

　　Comprehensive responsibility to see requirements are met, supports the PM in the overall management, direction, governance, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the enterprise IT services for the DCSA One IT PWS, the Project Management Plan (PMP), and the Quality Management Plan (QMP). Responsible for oversight and assistance with the management of the projects and PM’s assigned to the DCSA PMO to include working with the PMO lead on PM project assignments, processes, staffing and training needs. Works with Program staff to oversee training and compliance with Gov’t-mandated security certifications. Coordinates surge requests for One IT PM to ensure ROM’s and cost estimates are completed quickly to allow prompt hiring/completion of surge tasks. Supports periodic review and update of the PMP, at least annually, and weekly coordination with the One IT Master Scheduler and Deliverables Manager. Reviews reports and deliverables prior to submittal. Ensures no disruption to ongoing services for each task area identified within the Task Order while ensuring One IT team is fully complying with and supporting all aspects of the Task Order. Performs activities and duties required for the PM if/when PM is unable to perform duties, including coordination with FEDSIM and DCSA OCIO leadership, as necessary.

　　This position requires working at the customer site in Quantico, VA three (minimum) to five (preferred) days per week.

　　It is required that the Deputy Program Manager have the following qualifications:

　　o BA/BS

　　o 15 or more years of experience in Program/Project Management

　　o Demonstrated leadership experience in an enterprise DoD environment

　　o TS (SCI eligible)

　　Desired Qualifications

　　o MA/MS with 13 or more years of experience

　　o TS/SCI
