　　Interim CFO for $50mm PE portfolio company headquartered near Indianapolis, IN. Assuming the role of CFO you will be focused on leading day to day finance and accounting, financial reporting, board reporting, cash management, and bank reporting. Estimated duration of this engagement is 3-5 months while the company searches for the permanent CFO. Start date by February 5.

　　responsibilities:

　　Assume the interim CFO role

　　Success in the interim role could lead to a permanent opportunity

　　Manage and lead a small accounting and finance function along with HR and IT

　　Heavy interaction with Board and Operations

　　Management, board and lender reporting

　　Cash management

　　Capital improvement project leadership (plant expansions)

　　qualifications:

　　Logistics experience is preferred along with manufacturing and distribution

　　Experience in a hands on role with small teams

　　PE experience required

　　Experience operating with dated and less than optimal accounting systems

　　Prefer Metro Indianapolis candidates, but would consider travelers with the ability to travel weekly and be on-site 3 days per week long term. More frequent on the front end and flexible once relationships are established
