Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as IT site lead for the Rochester, NY facility
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve IT processes or services.
Working with 3rd party vendors coordinate the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure equipment including servers, switch gear, firewalls, backup gear, etc.
Onsite point-of-contact for local IT infrastructure vendors to coordinate site infrastructure work and break-fix. Manage annual contract negotiations.
Administrator for the Windows Domain accounts used in manufacturing and engineering. Annual auditing of user accounts and access levels.
Administration of Veeam application and hardware used to automatically backup manufacturing, engineering and PAG VM’s and physical servers.
Working with onsite SOS technician, provide PC support and training as required. Generate tickets for users in MyTech Support portal to resolve issues with corporate applications. Provide technical support for users as needed.
Support infrastructure and applications for facilities badging and video surveillance equipment.
SAP ERP application support, coordinate issue resolution with corporate support team.
Perform maintenance and audits on IT infrastructure per scheduled tasks.
Responsible for annual security reviews and risk profiles for local applications and network gear.
Submit purchase requisition for local IT maintenance contracts and licensing.
Support the network setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of printers and manufacturing equipment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
Experience with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Notepad, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
Experience with ERP applications, SAP a plus.
Experience supporting a manufacturing environment, electronic manufacturing a plus.
Interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities.
