Integration Consultant

The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for the technical implementation and support of the Philips Intellispace Electrocardiograph (iECG) system, including the implementation and support of the Health Language 7 (HL7) and/or Digital Imaging Communications in Medicine (DICOM) interface broker, IntelliSpace Enterprise Broker (IBE).

Your role:

Assumes the technical leadership role for each assigned project

Shares knowledge and technical expertise with customer and team

Provides feedback/assists in streamlining program implementation methodology or implementation documentation/toolsets.

May interact cross-functionally with other divisions or units to share product technical knowledge and expertise.

Completes assigned project tasks as scheduled to gain customer acceptance

Achieve/maintain accepted industry level certifications/technical competency (i.e., Microsoft Technical Certifications) through continuing education

Gathers necessary network information required to properly configure the IECG and IBE system

Configures and tests installed IECG and IBE system to meet customer requirements

Implement interfaces to/from IECG and customer’s Radiology Information System (RIS)/ Health Information System (HIS)

Investigates and diagnoses complex technical problems during installation until transfer to support

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology related field or 5+ years experience performing technical support/HL 7 interfacing.

Experience with an ECG information management system or PACS(Picture Archiving and Communications Systems) system

Experience with Orion Rhapsody Interface broker.

Experience working with Virtual Machine (VM) server environments

Networking infrastructure/ Server architecture knowledge desirable

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $150,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
