　　To ensure that A Safe Havens contracts are filled by keeping track ofthe headcount for each program and maintaining a specified number ofresidents at all times

　　DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls from potentials residentsseeking services of the organization

　　Conduct prescreens over the phone to fill beds

　　Communicate with other social service agencies in order to fill theOrganizations contracts

　　Provide residents with orientation packets to introduce them to theservices offered by the Organization and communicate expectations

　　Receive inbound paperwork from other social service agencies pertinentto incoming residents

　　Provide alternative housing information for special cases

　　Communicate intake information of new residents to Case Managers

　　Enroll all potential clients into programs

　　Enter and maintain intake data and services provided into HMIS (HomelessManagement Information System)

　　Request and coordinate additional resources for families if needed

　　Maintain confidentiality pertaining to residents and their files

　　Provide insight to Manager on eligibility of residents for programs

　　Submit daily shift report of all that happened

　　Other duties as assigned by Manager
