Description
Instock Manager (ISM) plays a critical role in delivering the ideal customer experience by ensuring availability of the right product quantities, at the right time. S/He works with internal teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain, drives system and process enhancements, and engages with Retail suppliers to improve operational performance. We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Instock Manager for the Central Instock team (CIM) in Egypt. This ISM role will be responsible for managing the Retail Inventory health and capacity planning against available Fulfillment Center (FC) space. This ISM role will ensure Optimum Inventory Health (OIH) and work on reduction of unhealthy inventory (UHI), solve complex supply chain and inventory problems, optimize internal processes and partner with stakeholders to improve automation and operational efficiencies.
We are looking for candidates with passion for innovation, process simplification, large-scale impact and operational improvements with ability to manage multiple projects and cooperate with stakeholders. This is a high visibility, high impact role requiring strong communication (written & verbal) and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Vendor Management, SCOT, Finance and Operations.
Key job responsibilities
• Monitor and review EG Retail Inventory trends via comprehensive periodical reporting and business insights
• Ensure the various inventory metrics are healthy and in line with country goals
• Manage the OIH automation roadmap and rollout, while ensuring efficient execution and team adoption
• Recommend and execute inventory-related activities to achieve key business outcomes while proactively identifying improvements in-line with business strategy and goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Vendor and Instock Manager teams, After Market Services – AMS, Operations, Finance) to drive inventory optimization, and adoption to automation of Amazon OIH tools
• Drive improvements to create opportunities for the optimal physical FC capacity planning
• Work with vendors to ensure a reliable and effective operational flow of inventory removals, while reducing waste via tracking relevant metrics of stranded inventory, and RVR (Return Vendor Return).
• Manage large scale data to drive decision making

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
5+ years of with Excel experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with complex data sets
Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps influencing internal and external stakeholders
Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
