　　What is the opportunity?

　　You will provide business and project road mapping for future institutional investment policy integration across global platforms. You as an ambassador to RBC GAM will focus on locating inefficiencies and implementing automation at the forefront to deliver the highest client satisfaction outcomes.

　　What will you do? Gain and deepen global investment knowledge focused on creating best future practices.Create a plan on a page for future migration of systems to create cost reductions.Automate manual reporting to reduce productivity time decay.Read and interpret IPS requirements, statutes, and laws; annotate IPS statements and translate into CRD or manual testing process

　　What do you need to succeed?

　　Must-have Sophomore, Junior or Senior (graduation dates May 2025 - May 2027) with a degree granted or expected in Business Administration, Finance, or another business-related discipline.Effective problem identification, analytical, and resolution skills along with proficient computer skills in Windows-based software products. Effective exceptions-based processing skills.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and superb attention to detail.Business, finance, customer service and/or accounting/bookkeeping experience.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship, which runs June to August (specific dates may vary) and reports to the Minneapolis, MN office

　　Nice-to-have Knowledge of a variety of investment types including fixed income, equity, derivatives, and global fixed incomeExcellent written and oral presentation skillsMust be organized, critical thinking, self-motivated and deadline orientedMust be able to prioritize tasks - in addition to ongoing ad hoc projects as assigned
