　　What You Will Do:

　　Perform installation s designated in profitable and proper manner.

　　Record productive time versus travel time.

　　Maintaining accurate work records, adequate parts inventory for service vehicle. keep inventory log.

　　Keeping manuals up to date, and maintain company vehicles, tools and other property in accordance with established procedures.

　　Presenting neat and clean appearance personally and in workmanship, in accordance with company policies.

　　Testing equipment before leaving job site and perform safety check.

　　Maintaining good customer relations and customer service.

　　Assisting others in install/service methods and other duties as may be required.

　　Modeling, fostering and driving the Allegion values including Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Vision, Stretch, Boundaryless and Speed.

　　Other duties as required.

　　What You Need to Succeed:

　　High School Diploma

　　Ability to work outside in various climate conditions.

　　Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

　　Must be capable of meeting the following physical demands including, but not limited to: lifting or carrying weights form 50-75 lbs., sitting while driving for periods of up to several hours each day, standing on concrete for several hours each day,stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling and twisting spine occasionally.

　　Ability to Frequently go up and down ladders.

　　Ability to work around the following conditions: moving vehicles, object, hazardous machinery, sharp tools cluttered floors, slippery floors, electrical hazards, poor lighting and wet conditions.

　　Must be able to read basic blueprints.

　　Ability to work independently and within teams.

　　Good oral and written communication skills.

　　Must be proficient in basic computer functions such as email and MS Word.

　　Additional Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

　　Prior experience in the automated door industry including swinging, sliding and revolving doors would be a definite asset.

　　Prior experience in the construction industry or electrical field

　　Prior experience servicing automated doors, glazing, installing glass, installing door frames, building door frames, reading blueprints, AAADM Certification
