　　What’s a typical day as an Inspector? You’ll be:

　　• Reading and interpreting batch tickets and ensuring all work is completed according to customer specifications.

　　• Creating labels and MSDS for packaging based upon batch ticket information, using the computer to select and print the appropriate labels and documents.

　　• Preparing cartridges and containers for use.

　　• Filling cartridges and containers with product according to the batch ticket, sometimes using computers and machines.

　　• Measuring and weighing product to batch ticket specifications.

　　• Labeling cartridges and containers based upon batch ticket specifications.

　　• Packaging finished product, ensuring that all information on the batch ticket is completed to customer specifications.

　　• Processing and completing documentation accurately by recording information on batch tickets, labeling containers, packaging inks, and inspecting customer products per requirements.

　　• Meeting production schedules and metrics and ensuring quality products are produced.

　　• Following all safety and regulatory compliance procedures.

　　• Attending all required meetings and, if necessary, training.

　　• Maintaining adherence to “The Kao Way” standards at all times.

　　• Being responsible for continuous improvement

　　• Performing inventory control activities.

　　• Other duties as assigned by production management.

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have a High School Diploma or GED.

　　• Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.

　　• Are clean, neat, and orderly.

　　• Are honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

　　• Have basic computer skills.

　　• Have prior experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment (preferred).
